1 pkg. Oreo cookies
1 c. butter
2 c. icing sugar
2 egg yolks
1 c. chopped nuts
1 pt. whipping cream
3 egg whites

Place 1/2 of cookie crumbs in 9 x 13 inch pan. Combine butter, icing sugar, egg yolks and nuts. Beat together until creamy. Fold in beaten egg whites and spread on crumbs. Whip cream with a little sugar. Spread on creamed mixture. Cover with the rest of crumbs. Chill for 6 hours. Remove and cut into squares.
