ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can asparagus
2 chopped green peppers
6 hard boiled eggs, sliced
2 c. of med. white sauce

WHITE SAUCE:

2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. sweet milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Add chopped green peppers to white sauce mixture and cook to desired thickness.

Arrange a layer of asparagus in greased casserole pan or dish. Cut the asparagus in about 1 inch lengths. Cover generously with sauce and add layer of egg slices, repeat until the dish is full. Cover with buttered bread crumbs and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
