MYSTERY ROLLS 
1 can beer (10 oz.)
6 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Buttermilk Bisquick Mix (20 oz. box)

Mix beer, sugar and Bisquick (almost all of box). Batter should be thick enough to push off spoon with finger. Add mayonnaise. Drop from spoon into well-greased muffin pan. Bake at 370 degrees until brown.

A more "yeastie" taste can be acquired by letting batter stand 6 to 8 hours, or overnight. Then add mayonnaise. Serve hot or warmed over. Makes 24 rolls. Can be frozen.
