1 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/4 c. water
1 can (16 oz.) refried beans
1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
1 c. thick taco salsa
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Grease pie plate (10 x 1 1/2)

Mix Bisquick, water and beans. Spread in pie plate. Layer remaining ingredients on bean mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with sour cream.
