"HOT DOG" CASSEROLE | |
Instant mashed potato puffs 1/4 c. sweet pickle relish, drained 2 tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing 1 tbsp. instant minced onion 2 tsp. prepared mustard 4 to 6 frankfurters Heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare potato puffs for 4 servings as directed on package. Stir in pickle relish, mayonnaise, onion and mustard. Spoon into ungreased 1 quart casserole. Cut each frankfurter lengthwise in half, then cut crosswise in half. Insert frankfurter pieces upright around edge of mashed potatoes. Bake uncovered 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 4 servings. For 8 servings, just double ingredients. |
