PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 pkg. Royal instant pistachio pudding
1 c. club soda
1 c. chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour tube pan. Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Beat at medium 4 minutes. Pour into pan and bake for 45 minutes. Use toothpick to test for doneness.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. milk
1 pkg. Royal instant pistachio pudding

Beat thoroughly and frost cooled cake. Refrigerate for best taste.
