BOUNCEN BETTY'S HOT B-B-Q SAUCE 
32 oz. molasses
32 oz. tomato paste
1 c. fine chopped onions
8 oz. mustard
1 bottle Hinecan dark beer
4 tbsp. cayenne pepper
4 tbsp. powdered mustard
2 tbsp. garlic juice
4 tbsp. Tabasco sauce
6 oz. liquid smoke

Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Cook meat halfway - "the slower and lower the temperature the better". Coat both sides every 5 minutes until done to your desired; rare, medium rare, medium, medium well or well done and enjoy. "But keep plenty of liquids around to put out the fire."
