PISTACHIO CAKE 
5 lg. eggs
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 pkg. Duncan Hines butter cake mix or other brand yellow cake mix
2 pkgs. pistachio instant pudding

Beat eggs well; add remaining ingredients in order given, mixing well. Bake in greased and floured Bundt or tube pan at 350 degrees for about 1 hour, until cake tests done. Cake will be a lovely green. Frost to taste or serve plain.
