PIG PICKLING CAKE

CAKE:

1 box yellow cake mix
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained

Mix all ingredients well and bake until done.

ICING:

9 oz. Cool Whip
3 oz. instant vanilla pudding
15 oz. can crushed pineapple

Mix together and spread on cooled cake. Decorate with mandarin orange slices.
