BRISTOL SALMON SANDWICH | |
1 can pink salmon (14 3/4 oz.) 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1/2 c. butter, softened 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tbsp. grated onion 1 tsp. paprika 6 drops liquid hot pepper sauce, optional 8 slices bread, toasted Drain and flake salmon. Cream the cheese and butter. Add seasonings and salmon. Mix thoroughly. Spread each piece of toast with 1/8 of the salmon mixture. Place in a baking pan. Broil about 4 inches from sauce of heat for 3-5 minutes or until lightly browned. |
