POPPY SEED CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1 box vanilla pudding
1/2 c. apple juice
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. almond extract
1/4 c. poppy seeds
5 eggs

Mix all ingredients with electric mixer for 5 minutes. Bake in greased bundt pan 45 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
