3 c. plain flour
2 sticks butter, softened
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour tube pan. Cream butter and sugar. Mix in eggs. Add flour and milk alternately to mixture, mixing well. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Bake for 1 hour.
