CHOCOLATE MINT CREMES 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/3 c. packed brown sugar
12 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. water
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips, melted
2 eggs
16 oz. pkg. Hickory Farms melt away mints

Mix all ingredients except mints. Roll in balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 5-7 minutes (until cookies are just about done). Then put mint on top of each and put back in oven for a few minutes until melted. Makes 66 cookies.
