CHOCOLATE CREME CUPS 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1/3 c. oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift together flour, baking soda, sugar, cocoa, and salt. Stir in water, oil, vinegar and vanilla; mix thoroughly. Pour into muffin tins, lined with papers, filling 1/3 full. Make filling and place 1 heaping tablespoon of it on top of batter and sprinkle with sugar. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Makes 24.

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt

Combine. Beat well. Add 1 cup chocolate chips and 1/2 cup chopped nuts, mix.
