BANANA SOUR CREME CAKE 
1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. mashed bananas
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. sour milk or buttermilk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar. Add all the other ingredients in order given. Bake in 13 x 9 x 2 inch cake pan at 325 degrees for 45-55 minutes.
