SOUR CREME PUMPKIN PIE 
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin
8 oz. sour cream
3 eggs, separated

Combine first 6 ingredients. Add pumpkin and sour cream. Mix well. Beat egg yolks good and stir in pumpkin mixture. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into pumpkin mix. Pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake 10 minutes at 450 degrees and 50 minutes at 350 degrees or until set.
