MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 can chili beef soup
1 can enchilada sauce (sm.)
1 pkg. Fritos (or tortillas)
1 pkg. grated Cheddar cheese

Brown hamburger, drain grease. Add Cheddar cheese soup, chili beef soup, and enchilada sauce. Put a layer of hamburger mixture, layer of Frito chips, layer of hamburger, etc. in 2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn off oven. Top with grated cheese and return to oven for 15 minutes or until cheese melts. Tastes good served from the skillet too, topped with Fritos and cheese.
