MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 can enchilada sauce
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 sm. cans chopped green chilies
Garlic salt, chili powder, pepper to taste
1 pkg. corn chips or Fritos
3/4 lb. grated cheese, preferably cheddar

Brown ground beef and onion in skillet, stirring frequently. Add next 3 ingredients, 1 soup can of water and seasoning, mix well. Alternate layers of corn chips, meat mixture and cheese in greased casserole until all ingredients are used, ending with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Yields: 6 to 8 servings.
