BOLOGNA SANDWICH 
Buy some ham or bologna (one pack) and some bread (one loaf) and buy a little jar of mustard. Then you make yourself a bologna sandwich. Put the bread down on the table, put the bologna on it. Spread the mustard on the bologna. Put another piece of bread on the bologna, then eat it with some milk. Then clean up.

okay, so take 2 slices very fresh WHOLE WHEAT bread ... spread entire surface sparingly, but even w/real butter, then take 6 very thin slices of BEEF Bologna, preferably, low sodium ... now one by one gently scrunch each slice of Bologna like an *accordion* and pile it upwards across the slice of WW, repeat with each slice of Bologna placing them next to each other on the bread; then top with 2nd slice of buttered bread; now start nibbling in a circular motion from left to right around the edges until it's gone, wash it down with glass of cold Milk; then go and make another one.

Lmas.... here's the way to make it 2 slices of potato bread butter cooked over low heat place one slice of fried bolonga one slic of cobly one over medium egg one slice of fried bolonga diced cooked onions and bell peppers (goya to taste) one slice of baby swiss and place the other slice of bread on top put it o a plate before you cut it in fours the dip sandwich in to egg yolk as you enjoy... the ghetto patty melt lol....

My mother substituted the mustard with peanut butter. Don't knock it 'til you've tried it! I've been eating it that way for over 50 years. To make it more healthy add lettuce to the bologna and peanut butter sandwich. Yummy. Don't forget to clean up.

These comments are great, but all kidding aside the best way to eat Bologna is to get it fresh sliced from the deli, about 1/2 inch thick. Marinate it overnight in Red Hot, then throw it on the smoker for about an hour, flipping after 30mins. The grill works for this as well, but the smoker adds a great flavor. Then put it on soft, fresh bread with a nice slice of your favorite cheese. You will never have a better Bologna sandwich!

I live in northern Canada. Aren't the simplest things in life, like bologna the best! I don't know if you are five or ninety-five but you made my day. Thank you. I also want to ask whether our neighbours to the south see many wild bolognas these days. Our woods used to be full of them but I think they are migrating south.

Fried bologna, egg and cheese sammie is the only way to go! After fry bologna u scramble ur eggs. Use only white bread, sliced americn chesse and dukes mayo. Adding a thin slice of tomato makes it better!
