BOLOGNA SANDWICH
Buy some ham or bologna (one pack) and some bread (one loaf) and buy a little jar of mustard. Then you make yourself a bologna sandwich. Put the bread down on the table, put the bologna on it. Spread the mustard on the bologna. Put another piece of bread on the bologna, then eat it with some milk. Then clean up.

I make my bologna sandwich with fried bologna, light mayo and mustard. Then I lightly spread mayo or butter on each outside piece of the sandwich then toast each side in a skillet. It makes a special taste this way. You will always want it this way.

2 slices rye bread, horseradish mustard will greatly improve with double meat.

Great recipe. Needs pickles though, and I usually skip the clean up part. Eventually my wife will clean it up.

I am 81 years old and have eaten this most of my life. I can't pass up the chance to add my variation to all that has been said. Apply a generous amount of cream cheese to one piece of bread, NOT sliced white bread, put 2 slices of bologna on it, top it of with a second piece of bread. Enjoy !!!

Loved the recipe. I sometimes like to shake things up a bit, so I'll substitute sliced turkey for the bologna, substitute lettuce leaves for the bread, and substitute cranberry sauce for the mustard. Sometimes, I will add foie gras, instead, or some morels. Once, I added some haggis....yum, yum!

My mother used this recipe many times when I was growing up. Easy and fast. Great for busy working parents and easy enough for kids the make themselves. Thanks for sharing. :-)

Put one package bologna, two boiled eggs, shells removed, a few tablespoons pickle relish and mayo into a grinder. Mix and serve on whole wheat bread. I grew up knowing these as "fishing sandwiches" because my Mother always made them when we were going fishing. Serve with chips, Coke or iced tea. S'Mores for dessert. Great memories.

Have ready: a mixture of ketchup, worshestshire sauce, mayonnaise. Fry bologna in margarine (if time allows cook onion slice until tender). Serve on Roman bread. Add mustard if you must, but taste first. Learned this from my aunt in Texas.
