BOLOGNA SANDWICH
Buy some ham or bologna (one pack) and some bread (one loaf) and buy a little jar of mustard. Then you make yourself a bologna sandwich. Put the bread down on the table, put the bologna on it. Spread the mustard on the bologna. Put another piece of bread on the bologna, then eat it with some milk. Then clean up.

Absolutely must be Eckrich brand or Oscar Meyer brand Bologna... (it's called Ba-lo-nie where I come from). Thick sliced is best too. I substitute a store brand condiment called Sandwich Spread instead of mustard. This comfort food at it's best!!

Here's another variation on the round steak

Go to a deli and get the slices cut at least 1-inch thick. Get some cheese: shredded, sliced, what ever you like. Cut the round steak almost in half through the thickness. Put cheese inside, and take toothpicks and seam it closed. Place on cookie sheet, and bake for 15 minutes on 350°F. Meanwhile, prepare fixins. Get the mustard jar out, the mayo out, cut yourself a slice or two of onion, and tomato. Toast your bread, then apply mustard to one side. Mayo the other slice of bread. Place a slice or two of onion on top of the mustard, then the tomato. Place your baked round steak with toothpicks removed, onto the tomato and apply the mayo'ed bread. Put on plate, add sides of potato chips, pickle of your choice and cold beverage. Take a few napkins too. You're gonna need them.

Who says you need bread or condiments. Place a piece of bologna on a paper plate, top with American cheese. Cook in microwave until bologna curls up like a bowl and cheese melts. Best ever... Your welcome

This is the one I make when I'm camping in my car. Only I jazz it up a bit and use cheese with jalopeno peppters in it and add lettuce and mayo. I top it off with a shot glass of whiskey.

Tina speaks the absolute truth. Dukes is the only mayo worth buying. The balogna is Carolina Pride. Don't forget to make small diagonal cuts on the circumference after removing the red ring to get even browning. One question... Clemson or Carolina?

Use real bologna, regular, fat free, whatever. Under no circumstances use turkey bologna. You lose the essence of the meal.

My grandfather made a sandwich of white bread with bologna, peanut butter, and sweet pickles. Every once in a while I'll make one. I call it a grandpa sandwich.

My favorite balogna sandwich is sliced at 1/4" and grill on bbq grill (cut a slice 1/2" deep at 12 o'clock, 3 o'clock, 6 oclock and 9 o'clock positions to prevent curling) place on hamburger bun, add mustard and chili sauce.
