1 can sliced pineapple, chilled (8 slices)
1 can cranberry jelly, chilled
1 or 2 (3 oz.) pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
Small amount of Henri's Tastee Salad Dressing, or dressing of your choice

Season slightly with some sugar, salt, and celery salt; mix well (not too thin).

Arrange lettuce on salad plate. Put slice of pineapple on each; spread with cheese mixture. Place slice of cranberry jelly on top. Top with a bit more dressing and garnish with red or green cherry.
