BARBECUED PORK WITH SAUERKRAUT 
Pork roast
1 can sauerkraut
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. good thick, zesty, Barbecue Sauce
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. cornstarch
Salt and pepper to taste

Salt and pepper pork and place in roasting pan with 1 cup water. Roast in 325 degree oven for 2-3 hours until done.

In a mixing bowl add tomato sauce, barbecue sauce, honey and cornstarch. Stir until well blended. Set aside.

When pork is done, remove from oven and slice into serving portions. Drain juices from roasting pan, place pork back in roasting pan and pour sauce mixture evenly over pork. Arrange sauerkraut on top of sauce. Cover pan and bake in oven 325 degrees for 1/2 hour. 4-6 servings.
