BARBEQUED SHRIMP 
1 1/2 sticks butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
Hot sauce to taste
Paprika
1 lime or lemon, sliced
Dash of oregano
1 tbsp. chili sauce or catsup
1 c. white wine
1 lb. shrimp (leave shell and tail on)

Marinate shrimp in sauce at least 30 minutes - 1 hour. Make sauce from the above ingredients.

When ready to eat heat all until shrimp is pink. (DO NOT OVERCOOK.)

You may broil in oven, charcoal on the grill. My favorite is to cook in the sauce in a pan on the stove. Serve in bowls with the sauce. Have a big salad and lots of French bread to dip into the sauce.

P.S. Big napkins are a must!!
