BERLIN STEAKS 
2 tbsp. fine dry unseasoned bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
1 tsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. McCormick green peppercorn mix
1/4 tsp. marjoram leaves
2 tbsp. dry white wine (red or white)

Mix bread crumbs and next 5 ingredients. Gently mix with ground beef. Shape into 5 patties. Flatten slightly. In skillet, brown patties on each side over medium heat. Drain excess fat. Prepare green peppercorn mix according to package directions. Add marjoram and dry wine. Pour gravy over patties in skillet. Cook, covered, over low heat 5 minutes.
