CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 bag tortilla chips
10 lg. breasts or 5 double breasts
1 can chopped green chiles
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. Jack cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cans (8 oz. each) tomato sauce
1 lg. can mushrooms with juice
1/3 c. white wine (optional)

Onion and celery for cooking chicken

Cook chicken ahead of time in water to cover with onion, celery and seasonings. Cool. Cut into large bite sized pieces. Heat soups and tomato sauce. Add chiles, mushrooms and wine. Slice cheese. Layer casserole with tortilla chips, chicken pieces, sauce and cheese. Repeat layers. Garnish with extra chips on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
