CHILE RICE CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. chopped green onion
2 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. salt
2 c. instant rice
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies (chopped)
2 c. dariy sour cream
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. cherry tomatoes

Allowing 2 spears per serving, arrante chicken breasts over broccoli. Blend cream sauce with sour cream. Ladle over chicken, sprinkle with cheese and paprika to taste. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

CREAM SAUCE:

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
4 c. milk
Salt
White pepper

Melt butter. Add flour and stir until smooth. gradually add milk, stirring until slightly thickened. Season to taste.
