ARMENIAN SHISKABOB 
Cubed lamb
Sliced onions
Oil
Red wine vinegar
Oregano
Peppers, quartered
Tomatoes, quartered
Onions, halved & separated

Mix lamb, sliced onions, oil and dash of oregano. Marinate 24 to 48 hours. Cook on grill or oven. Put meat on skewers separate from vegetables to ensure cooking lamb while not burning vegetables. Alternate vegetables on skewer. Can substitute beef for lamb. Best served with Armenian pilaf on the side.
