"Dirt" - crush a large bag of Oreos in food processor.

1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar

2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
1 (12 oz.) frozen whipped topping

Mix both of the above together. Layer "Dirt" and filling beginning with "dirt" and ending with "dirt".
