VEGETABLE ORANGE SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg of lemon Jello
2 tbsp. sugar
Salt, optional
1/2 c. fresh orange juice
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 orange sectioned and diced
1 c. finely shredded cabbage
1 c. finely chopped celery

Dissolve Jello, sugar and salt in 1 cup boiling water. Add 1/2 cup cold water, juice and vinegar. Chill. Fold in remaining ingredients when partially set.
