HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef (chuck or round)
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Dash of garlic salt
1 tsp. sugar
3 oz. cream cheese
1 lg. onion, chopped
8 oz. med. noodles
1 c. sour cream
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Brown beef, drain if necessary. Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper, garlic salt and sugar and simmer for 15 minutes.

Cook noodles. While noodles are cooking, mix the cream cheese, sour cream and chopped onion. Drain noodles, mix all ingredients except grated cheese.

Spread in a buttered 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top. Cook 30 to 35 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Serves 8 to 10.
