1 c. butter
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. chervil
2 tsp. parsley
1 tbsp. chopped chives

Cream lemon juice and herbs into butter. Allow to stand for 1 hour. Brush on cooked fish just before serving. Makes 1 1/4 cups sauce.
