FRIED PIES 
2 eggs
2/3 c. Crisco
1 c. condensed milk

2ND MIXTURE:

5 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder

Add first mixture to second. Dough will be very stiff; knead it like bread (can be cooled in refrigerator overnight). Roll thin, 1/4 inch. Cut with saucer. Use cold fruit filling; moisten edges. Press and seal with fork. Fry in deep fat. Pies will float like doughnuts.
