RACCOON TAILS | |
9 tbsp. butter, softened 1 c. brown sugar 2 eggs 2 tsp. baking powder Pinch of salt 2 c. flour 1 1/3 c. chocolate chips Put soft butter and sugar into a bowl and mix until blended by hand. Beat in eggs until mixed completely. Stir in baking powder, salt and flour until you have a smooth dough. Using a teaspoon, drop lumps of batter onto a greased cookie sheet at least 1 inch apart. Shape into long raccoon tails. Bake at 375 degrees for 7-9 minutes. Remove cookies. Then melt chocolate chips in microwave or double boiler and make stripes on your "tail". Cool to harden. Then eat!! |
