RACCOON TAILS
9 tbsp. butter, softened
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt
2 c. flour
1 1/3 c. chocolate chips

Put soft butter and sugar into a bowl and mix until blended by hand. Beat in eggs until mixed completely. Stir in baking powder, salt and flour until you have a smooth dough. Using a teaspoon, drop lumps of batter onto a greased cookie sheet at least 1 inch apart. Shape into long raccoon tails.

Bake at 375 degrees for 7-9 minutes. Remove cookies. Then melt chocolate chips in microwave or double boiler and make stripes on your "tail". Cool to harden. Then eat!!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
