GLAZED CHEESECAKE PUFF | |
1 lb. cream cheese 3/4 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 24 vanilla wafers 1 can pie filling 24 foil-lined cupcake liners Whip cream cheese, add sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Line tins with liners. Place wafer on bottom, fill 3/4 full with cream cheese mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool and cover with topping. |
