CHOCOLATE CHEWEY FUDGE 
18 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chip morsels
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 can Eagle Brand evaporated milk

Melt chocolate morsels slowly in a 2 quart saucepan about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Turn off heat; set aside.

Add evaporated milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Stir until mixture is smooth. Line a square pan with waxed paper. Pour in mixture. Refrigerate 1 hour. After cooled cut into squares. 2 pounds.
