ZUCCHINI/ORANGE BREAD 
5 eggs, beaten
2 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 lemon & peel (run thru food processor)
1 1/8 c. oil
1 whole orange (run thru food processor)

GROUP B:

3 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
3 tsp. baking powder

GROUP C:

3 c. grated zucchini

Beat Group A together; stir Group B together and add to Group A. Fold in zucchini and pour into one bundt pan which is greased and floured. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or toothpick comes out clean. Can be baked as muffins but not in loaf pans.
