CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 uncooked pie shell
1 lb. hamburger
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Fry hamburger and drain. Add tomato sauce, green pepper, chopped onion, cracker crumbs, salt, oregano and pepper. Mix well. Add grated cheese, milk, egg, mustard and Worcestershire sauce and mix well. Pour into pie shell and bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
