ANGIE'S PEAR RELISH 
2 qts. ground pears
3 sm. hot peppers, ground
1/4 c. onions, chopped
3 pieces of celery, chopped fine
2 c. apple cider vinegar
4 red peppers, ground
4 green bell peppers, ground
3 lg. dill pickles, ground
2 1/2 c. sugar
4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. turmeric
1 sm. jar pimentos

Cook slowly 1 hour. Stir often. Seal in hot jars.
