NOODLES (HOMEMADE) | |
1 beaten egg 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. top milk 1 c. enriched flour Combine egg, salt, milk and add enough flour to make stiff dough. Roll very thin on floured surface 1/8" thick. Spread out and dry 2 hours. Drop in broth and cook 10 minutes. Makes 3 cups uncooked noodles. |
