LIME CREAM PIE 
9 inch graham cracker crumb crust
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1/2 c. bottled lime juice from concentrate
Few drops green food coloring
1 c. (1/2 pt.) whipping cream, whipped

In bowl, stir together sweetened condensed milk, lime juice and food coloring, if desired. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into crust. Chill 3 hours or until set. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.

Makes one 9 inch pie.
