PEACH BRANDY 
10 peaches, peeled
3 1/2 c. sugar
2 5ths bourbon

Put peaches into 1 gallon glass container. Cover with sugar. Let stand until sugar is dissolved (Do Not Stir). After sugar has dissolved, pour bourbon over peaches. Cover and put in dark place for about 6 months. When ready to bottle, remove peaches, mash to remove all juice and bourbon. Return to juice and strain into bottles.
