1 c. cooked ham, cubed 1 oz. blue cheese, crumbled 1 c. cooked turkey or chicken, cubed 1/4 c. pimento, chopped 1/4 c. onion, chopped 1/2 c. celery, diced 1/4 c. carrot, coarsely shredded 1/4 c. unpared zucchini, diced 1/2 c. sour cream 4 tbsp. low-calorie mayonnaise 3 c. cold cooked pasta Combine ham, cheese, turkey and vegetables in a large bowl. Mix sour cream and mayonnaise; pour over ingredients in bowl and mix. Add pasta and toss. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Yield: 6 1/2 cups. Calories: (1 cup) - 216 calories. 11 grams fat. 63 milligrams cholesterol. 10 grams protein. |
