PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
Combine 1 package beef Rice a Roni with 1 pound ground meat and 1 egg (beaten). Shape into small balls. Brown in large skillet that has lid. Add 2 1/2 cups water and add seasoning packet. Cover and simmer for at least 30 minutes (until rice is done). Do not add salt.
