MARSHMALLOW CRISPS 
1 (11 1/2 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips
2 tbsp. shortening
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. coarsely chopped nuts
2 c. crisp rice cereal

In small saucepan, combine chocolate chips and shortening. Stir over low heat until melted and smooth. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Spread mixture in buttered 8"x8"x2" pan. Chill. Cut into 1 1/4" squares. Store covered in refrigerator. Yield: 36 squares.
