CHICKEN ORIENTAL (ROSEMARY) 
8 leg quarters
1 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. mustard (French or Dijon)
1/2 c. Vermouth
2 tbsp. olive oil & Sliced bell peppers & Green onions
Salt & pepper

Mix together honey and mustard until blended. Add other ingredients to honey- mustard mixture.

Season leg quarters. Place in deep bowl and mix well with the marinade, overnight or a few hours, turning frequently. Place in a baking pan and pour marinade mixture over chicken. Bake at 400 degrees, basting frequently. Serve hot over rice, yellow rice, noodles or potatoes.

Note: Marinade should become thick and gummy. If it doesn't, remove chicken and finish marinade on top of stove.
