CHICKEN CUTLETS, ITALIAN STYLE 
4 thinly sliced chicken cutlets
3 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. butter
4 slices Provolone cheese
3 tbsp. white wine
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Roll chicken in flour with salt and pepper. Brown rolled chicken breast cutlets in butter and set aside. Add wine to butter drippings, put chicken cutlets back in skillet and put 1 slice of cheese on each cutlet. Bake in 350 degree oven until cheese melts. Serve with rice, vegetables or Italian side dish.
