"MAXIES" LOW-CAL SOUP | |
For those on a diet, can eat 3 times a day. 2 lg. green peppers, chopped fine 1 bunch celery, chopped fine 6 carrots, chopped fine 1 sm. head cabbage, chopped fine 1 (2 1/2 size) can tomatoes, chopped fine 2 bay leaves Thyme, if desired 1 pkg. onion soup mix 2 chicken or beef bouillon cubes 2 qts. water Simmer in large pot until done. Great after it is refrigerated and reheated. Seems to get better. |
