1 can creamed corn
1 c. Bisquick
1 egg
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. diced Ortega chile
1 1/2 lbs. grated Monterey Jack cheese

Combine all ingredients except the cheese. Pour 3/4 mixture into greased casserole dish. Cover with 1-inch of cheese, then pour remaining mixture over cheese. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 400 degrees.
