CHEESE CAKE CHERRY OR STRAWBERRY | |
1 graham cracker crust 1 lg. pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.) lite or regular 1 beaten egg 1/3 c. sugar 1/2 pt. sour cream 1 tsp. vanilla 2 tbsp. sugar Thank You brand cherry or strawberry filling Filling for crust: Mix 1/2 pound cream cheese (8 ounces). Add 1 beaten egg and 1/3 cup sugar. Pour into crust. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees F. Let stand on rack 15 minutes. Then mix: 1/2 pint sour cream and 2 tablespoon sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour over cake and let stand 10 minutes. Return to oven and bake 10 minutes. Cool 20 minutes. Place in refrigerator several hours before serving. May top with Thank You brand cherry or strawberry filling. |
